Profit Participation

Founding Contributors become eligible to participate in the Blackburn Studios Profit Participation Plan at their Founding Level once program eligibility requirements have been met.

Eligibility requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active membership in Blackburn Studios
• Compliance with the Blackburn Studios Operating Standards
• Good standing within the community
• Meeting any additional requirements outlined in the Profit Participation Plan

The Profit Participation Plan does not grant ownership or equity in Blackburn Studios and is governed by the terms of the current plan.

Profit Participation Pools

Each organizational level participates in its own designated Profit Participation Pool. A percentage of Blackburn Studios' distributable profit is allocated to each pool as follows:

• 🧩 Representative Pool — 5%
• ⭐ Associate Pool — 5%
• 🛠️ Manager Pool — 5%
• 🎯 Director Pool — 1%
• 👑 Vice President Pool — 2%

Each pool is divided equally among all eligible members assigned to that organizational level in accordance with the current Blackburn Studios Profit Participation Plan.

Profit Participation is based on eligibility, not solely on Founding Contribution level. Eligibility requirements include active participation within Blackburn Studios, maintaining good standing, and meeting the requirements outlined in the current Profit Participation Plan.

Blackburn Studios reserves the right to amend the Profit Participation Plan as the organization grows to ensure its long-term sustainability while remaining committed to its founding principle.
