How Blackburn Studios Works
Blackburn Studios is built differently.
When you join, you're not joining a competition—you're joining a community.
Every creator is welcomed into Blackburn Studios through our Front Door and guided through onboarding designed to help you get connected, understand the ecosystem, and know exactly what comes next.
You'll receive onboarding emails, gain access to resources, and become part of a community built on mindset, kindness, and growth.
Everyone Starts as a Creator
You can stay a Creator for as long as you want. There are no quotas, required recruiting schedules, or pressure to move into leadership.
If you want to help build the community and develop other creators, you can raise your hand for the leadership path.
Leadership begins at Representative and grows from there.
Creator is not a profit-participation level. Representative is the first eligible level.
Profit Participation Model
20% of eligible Blackburn Studios profit goes right back to the community.
Participation in Blackburn Studios Profit Participation is not automatic. Creators must complete onboarding, sign the Profit Participation Agreement, remain in good standing, and stay active in both Blackburn Studios LIVE and Shop. Each participant receives their designated portion of the profit participation percentage assigned to their current eligible level. Participation is not cumulative across levels.
One Connected Ecosystem
Blackburn Studios is designed as a connected LIVE and Shop ecosystem. Creators may participate in the services that fit their goals.
Any eligibility for profit participation requires a minimum representative status, active enrollment and good standing in both Blackburn Studios LIVE and Shop.
Shop earnings are subject to a standard 10% Studios fee. This fee supports the infrastructure, services, and profit participation model that allows us to invest back into the creator community.
20% of eligible Blackburn Studios profit is reserved for leadership profit participation.
Participation pools remain separate. Example: If you are a Manager, you participate in the Manager pool. You do not also receive participation from the Associate or Representative pools.
Grow yourself. Help other people grow. Build something stronger together.

This is an amazing read especially if you want to start changing your life. It is an easy read for me even with me having adhd. The visuals here are remarkable and also easy to read with the bold colors. This made it easier for me to understand the concept. I took my time with it to be able to gain from it slowly and to make sure I understood everything. I learn something from Jay all the time.
